I think in my experience with MMO's this has been the biggest hassle I've ever had.

Zorlac, hope everything works out for you and that you get the game up to speed!! It always seems like the last playonlind on your mind happens to be the one thing you needed to fix an issue.
By the way, I found out that if you disconnect during the 2nd update the one over FFXI client then you have to completely start over unlike on Steam where it just pauses and waits. There are no linked PlayOnline IDs that need to be transferred and all of my keys and one character registered.
Please select "Add new options" from the Options List, which can be accessed from the service account top page.
